Why they manage their own profiles
Your Talents keep their own profiles; you see who's in when, and you assign the rooms.
If a Talent has her own Sosta account, she brings her profile and her consent with her. She joins your establishment — and from then on you don't have to set anything up.
- You no longer maintain other people's profiles. No collecting photos at every change, no building setcards, no taking them down when someone leaves.
- She keeps control over her data and photos. Your establishment no longer holds special-category data it doesn't need to hold.
- When she moves on, her profile goes with her. Nobody has to remove a dead setcard from the page — it disappears by itself.
And if your Talents don't have an account? Then you maintain the profiles yourself as before and confirm the consent. Both ways are permitted — the difference is the effort.

What does Sosta cost?
BASIS is free for good — directory profile, theme and your own website. PRO costs from €19/month — a flat package by number of seats (S ≤3 €19 · M ≤8 €39 · L ≤15 €69 · XL 16+ €119), free for 60 days if you start by March 31, 2027 — and unlocks the Talent module plus a custom domain.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The editor works like a website builder — you put your page together with a few clicks, no code, no plugins. Only the optional custom domain needs a quick DNS setting, and we have step-by-step guides for that.
Do you take commission per booking?
No. Sosta is flat-fee software, not a broker. You keep 100% of your revenue — we never earn from individual transactions.
Can I keep my own domain?
Yes. With PRO you connect your own domain (e.g. yourvenue.com) to your Sosta site — the domain stays with your provider, you only change one record there. If you want to keep your existing website, link to your Sosta address from it.
I already have a website — how do I switch?
You have three options — all risk-free: (1) keep your old site and use Sosta as well, (2) redirect your domain to your Sosta site (or connect it directly with PRO), or (3) replace it entirely. You build your Sosta site for free alongside the old one — you only switch over once you're happy with it. The migration guide walks you through the switch step by step.
