Is it really free?▼
Your core is free — forever: setcard (3 public photos), compliance, single bookings, map, presence, directory visibility + all your direct contact channels — even without any house. Talent+ (€9.99/month, cancel monthly) turns that into your professional presence: your own website at sosta.app/t/your-name, ad statistics, all contact channels at once + a second number, gallery up to 20 photos and trip planner.
Do I need an establishment to start?▼
No. You can create your account with a setcard immediately. You can then apply for shifts at houses already on Sosta. And your house can find you too when it comes on board.
Can end-customers contact me directly?▼
Yes — if you want that. You decide by consent whether and how you are reachable: your contact channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or Signal) can be made public for free — as many as you like, optionally with a separate business number instead of your private one. Inquiries go directly through your channel — Sosta does not broker, does not read along and earns nothing from bookings. You can revoke the release at any time.
Which countries are supported?▼
DE, AT, CH, NL, BE, CZ and PT. In Spain (ES), Greece (GR) and Hungary (HU) you can use your account for yourself — there is no public profile there, in Spain and Hungary if only because of the advertising ban. Each country has its own requirements (ProstSchG, cantonal and regional rules) — what applies in your region is in the app under “What applies where”.
Does my boss or the house see everything about me?▼
No. Your main profile is private. A house only sees the set card you release to that house — you decide yourself, per house and per surface (house website, showcase, directory). What you release, the house can see but not change. A house also cannot show you without your consent, and it cannot delete you. A linked house sees sensitive details (gender, origin, boundaries) only house-internally — precisely so they are respected — and only if you have released them.
Can I completely delete my profile and my data?▼
Yes, any time, and you stay in full control. You can revoke a release instantly — then you're hidden right away. You can export your data (GDPR data access). And you can delete yourself completely: hard delete really removes everything — your profile, your images in storage, the audit log is anonymized, encrypted backups rotate in under 30 days. Right to be forgotten, reliably implemented.
Do you sell my data or pass it on?▼
No. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising. We store your especially sensitive data (GDPR Art. 9) only with your explicit consent. Database, storage and backups are in the EU, hosted in Germany. We don't track you with advertising pixels. We answer authority requests only with a written legal basis — nothing without a court order.
